Chris joined the Colorado Brass on 2nd euphonium in 2022. Hailing from Grand Junction, Colorado, Chris married his high school sweetheart and enlisted in the Marine Corps as a euphonium instrumentalist in 2004. Chris played euphonium for the US Marine Corps for eleven years, eventually teaching all newly enlisted Navy and Marine Corps euphonium players at the Naval School of Music until he left the service in 2015. Chris subsequently played with the Pikes Peak Brass Band from 2016-2021.

Chris now works for Hitachi Data Systems as an SAP Basis Consultant. He holds degrees in Software Engineering and IT Project Management and lives in Denver with his wife BreAnn and three sons, Christopher, Caiden, and Carrick.
