We are taking auditions for outstanding Cornet musicians!
CALL FOR MUSICIANS! We currently have openings for skilled cornet players!
In addition, we have substitute openings for all positions within the standard British-style brass band instrumentation: E flat soprano cornet, B flat cornet, Flugelhorn, E flat tenor horn, B flat baritone, trombone, bass trombone, euphonium, E flat bass, B flat bass and percussion. Performers who do not own a cornet, tenor horn, baritone or basses pitched in E flat or B flat are encouraged to audition. Please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about issues related to instrument type or pitch.
Audition materials: A brief resume of your playing experience (submit to: firstname.lastname@example.org). Alternative audition accommodations can be made once you have submitted the the “intent to audition survey” link below.
Subs and prospective musicians may be invited to join the group for a rehearsal or perform on a concert without auditioning. When a vacancy occurs, an audition will be held to fill the position, a winner will be selected, and a two month trial period will commence, at the end of which the Artistic Director will inform the candidate as to their status as a permanent member.
